  • How do I book online with a gift card?
    A credit card is required to reserve an appointment and will be charged at time of booking. If you are paying by gift card, the amount charged to your card will be refunded at checkout on the day of your appointment.
  • What do I do if I need to cancel or reschedule?
    A credit card is required to reserve an appointment. LaBelle Nail Bar adheres to a 24-hour cancellation/reschedule policy. You may cancel your appointment from the manage link on your confirmation email or text the salon at 610-658-7228. Any cancellation via email is not confirmed until you receive a reply that your appointment is cancelled.
  • Do you accept walk-ins?
    Appointments are recommended so you do not have to experience long wait times. For your convenience, we offer online booking on our site here. We are moving away from scheduling appointments over the phone. If you have trouble scheduling online, please leave us a voicemail or text at 610-658-7228 and we will get back to you within 48 hours.
  • What sets LaBelle apart from your competitors?
    At LaBelle we take pride in providing excellent customer service with your health in mind. We operate in a sanitary environment equipped with a state-of-the-art ventilation system. We carefully selected non-toxic, natural and organic products that are safe for everyone including expecting mothers and kids.
  • Where can I park?
    There are 2-hour street metered parking spaces along Lancaster Ave and Rittenhouse Place as well as metered parking in Lot 1 across the street from the salon. Lot 2 has free parking available evenings after 4 pm and all day Saturday and Sunday. Please see link provided for parking information.
  • Am I able to purchase gift cards?
    Yes, we have two options for purchasing gift cards. We carry beautifully packaged gift cards in-store and offer the convenience for you to purchase instant gift cards online here.
