Salon Policies

It’s important to understand that when forgetting or cancelling appointments without giving enough notice, businesses lose the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and other clients waiting for appointments miss out on receiving services. For the benefit and respect of all our clients and professionals, booking appointments with LaBelle Nail Bar are subject to the following terms:

  • You may cancel or modify your appointment without charge anytime 24 hours preceding the start time of your appointment.
  • Less than 24 hours notice is considered a “Late Cancellation” and will result in a charge up to 100% of the scheduled service(s).
  • If you do not cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be considered a “No Show” and charged full price of the scheduled service(s).
  • Appointments that are booked within the 24-hour period are still subject to the cancellation policy.
  • As a courtesy, appointment confirmation messages are sent 48 hours in advance of appointments by both SMS and email to the contact information given at time of booking. Failing to respond to those confirmation messages could result in your appointment slot being given to another client.
  • To ensure a full experience, please arrive at least ten minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
  • Late arrivals will be charged the full price of the scheduled service(s) even if there is not enough time to render them.

In accordance with the state guidelines, we no longer have a waiting area. Due to limited seating, please arrive exactly at your appointment start time. If you are early, please text us at 610-801-1678 and we will let you know if you may arrive early.

To preserve a relaxing atmosphere for all our guests, we request the use of quiet voice in the salon. Please refrain from the use of cell phones, and turn your ringer on silent prior to entering the salon.

As of 1/18/21, LaBelle Nail Bar will no longer offer services for children under the age of 10. Please note, for their safety and out of respect for our guests, children under 10 years of age are not permitted at LaBelle Nail Bar during services and anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during services.

Only service dogs are allowed inside the salon.

At LaBelle Nail Bar we have a zero tolerance policy. We have the right to refuse service at any time with no refunds. These behaviors will not be tolerated: usage of drugs, alcohol, sexual comments, racism, threats, any act of violence, harassment or unacceptable behavior and language we feel is inappropriate.

We recommend you do not bring your valuables to your appointment. LaBelle Nail Bar will not be responsible for damaged, lost or stolen personal items.
